Executive Search
We work exclusively with clients to search, assess and appoint a diverse range of board directors that uniquely fit the strategic, governance and cultural representation of your company, be that a PLC, private enterprise, venture capital or private equity backed start-up. Our international executive search offering will demonstrate our confidence in our service, we offer a risk sharing innovative retained fee structure, as we go through the three stage process to successful completion, again working in partnership with our clients to deliver the best result.
Interim Management
Our network of pre-vetted and referenced career interim executives would challenge the status quo, work alongside or in place of the senior management. We would both manage the end to end process and measure the performance of the executive throughout the duration of the assignment, providing a post assignment review report, which would demonstrate at least five times the overall cost of the assignment in added value, which is a reflection of our track record to date.
